Rasam Powder( Rasam Podi)


Ingredients:

Dhania - 6 cups
Tuar dal - 1/2 cup
Fenugreek seeds(Methi) - 2 tsp
Pepper - 3 tsp
Cumin seeds(Jeera) - 3 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 handfull
Red Chillies - 200 gm

Method:
Dry fry all the above ingredients together without oil. Let it cool. Then grind it to coarse powder along with 1 tsp Turmeric powder for a tasty Rasam mix.
